Fund Manager | Direct Property Funds Management

Sydney | $250k + super + bonus

We are representing a fantastic opportunity working with a property fund manager in a period of growth for their direct property funds.

You will play an integral role in the ongoing management of current funds, as well as work with your executive team to further grow the direct property funds business.

We are offering the opportunity to assistant fund managers, or investment managers who want to take their next step on the ladder in a fund manager position.

Supported by an analyst you will take responsibility for

Investment Analysis & Documentation – Prepare and present high-quality Investment Memorandums for internal investment committees and external stakeholders, incorporating detailed financial modelling, market analysis, and risk assessment.

External Adviser Management – Appoint, brief, and manage relationships with legal, tax, and financial advisers to ensure efficient and effective transaction execution.

Capital Structuring & Debt Management – Arrange, negotiate, and manage debt facilities, ensuring optimal capital structure in line with fund strategy and risk parameters.

Capital Management – Oversee and actively manage the fund's capital position, including capital calls, distributions, reinvestments, and liquidity planning.

Financial Modelling & Reporting Oversight – Maintain and oversee the fund's financial model, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with investment strategy; review and approve associated fund reporting for investors and internal management.

Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with investors, capital partners, lenders, and internal teams to ensure alignment of objectives and transparent communication.

Transaction Execution – Lead the execution of acquisitions, disposals, and capital raisings in coordination with the Head of Funds Management.

Performance Monitoring – Track and report on fund performance against strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance returns and manage risks.
