Role Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Fundraising and Administration professional to support the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital's fundraising activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the health and welfare of native wildlife across the Gold Coast, South East Queensland and the Northern Rivers NSW.

The successful candidate will have exceptional administration skills, strong customer service abilities, and the capacity to work effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be able to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to showcase the important work of the Wildlife Hospital
  • SOURCE AND MANAGE corporate sponsorships and partnerships
  • ESTABLISH recurring donations
  • Manage E-newsletters and other associated projects
  • Prepare regular reports for key stakeholders
  • Perform monthly reconciliations (e.g. bank accounts, credit cards and reimbursements)

Selection Criteria:

- Strong experience in fundraising development within a Foundation or Not-for-Profit organisation with demonstrated results

- Experience in securing corporate sponsorship and partnerships

- Ability to understand and utilise new software platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Financial management and reporting skills

- Self-directed and motivated with high standard user level Microsoft Office products
