About the Role

We are seeking a highly-driven, motivated communications specialist to develop and implement communication initiatives for a leading not-for-profit organisation in North West Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy
  • Produce compelling written and visual content for various communication channels
  • Proactively seek and gather compelling narratives from retirement villages, events, and residents
  • Oversee and maintain internal communication platforms
  • Contribute to the wider strategy through broad stakeholder management
  • Actively engage in the industry through a genuine industry interest and staying in the loop with current trends in the market
Requirements
  • Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field
  • 3 years' experience in Communications - preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of internal communication measurement techniques
  • Well-developed stakeholder skills
  • A genuine curiosity and desire to learn
