As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal and external communication strategies to improve public trust and organisational health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies to improve public trust and organisational health
  • Design and implement efficient processes to ensure the successful execution of communications and engagement strategies
  • Write and edit communications content for a range of channels, including organisational websites, internal and external newsletters, and other collateral
  • Identify emerging matters and issues and implement quick resolutions
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Monitor and evaluate communication and engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement
