About the Role

As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for clients utilising our salary packaging services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client interactions via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Establishing new salary packaging accounts.
  • Administering ongoing amendments to salary packaging arrangements.
