Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer service-focused individual to join our team in a retail environment.
This is a full-time opportunity that requires the ability to work 11-hour shifts, including day and night shifts as required.
- Provide excellent customer service in a retail setting.
- Perform stock rotation and topping up tasks.
- Clean facilities as required, including ablution areas and common spaces.
The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, be able to work in a remote environment with extreme weather conditions, and have a positive teamwork approach.
They will also understand the requirements of safe work practices and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check.
