Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience by being approachable, attentive, and knowledgeable about our products.
- Set up, fill, and adjust displays as required to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Upsell products to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare cold beverages, including milkshakes and iced drinks, to meet customer demands.
- Operate equipment to create high-quality coffee beverages.
- Maintain food safety standards by conducting temperature checks and recording results.
- Clean duties throughout the store to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude towards all tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Exposure to a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
- Prior retail or food experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, mornings, nights, and public holidays.
