The Opportunity

EML, a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business, is seeking a skilled professional to join our diverse team in Adelaide. As an Injury Coding Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping people get their lives back through ongoing support during their return-to-work journey.

Your Responsibilities
  • Complete coding as per guidelines within prescribed timeframes.
  • Participate in industry meetings and provide direction to claims teams on required information.
  • Facilitate with regulators on audits and travel to regional offices as needed.
About You
  • Relevant workers compensation or personal injury account management experience is desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) classification system for injury coding.
  • Excellent understanding of statutory acts and associated regulations and guidelines.
  • Strong injury management capabilities and ability to satisfy a National Police Check.
