Job Title:

We are seeking an Agriculture Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the business, you will play a vital role in driving growth and prosperity in regional Australian communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in agriculture, business or a related field
  • Ability to undertake travel and possession of a current 'C' class driver license
Desirable Skills:
  • Expertise in agricultural lending and credit risk principles
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agricultural products, cash flows and markets
  • Ability to think innovatively and develop customer-centric solutions
