We currently have an opportunity for an efficient administration professional to support the success of our Insurance Brokers.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing brokers with efficient support to ensure the ongoing growth of the portfolio. In addition, you will:

  • Assist in the preparation and administration of all insurance related documentation.
  • Process orders, invoicing, reconciliations, debtor follow ups and various ad hoc tasks.
  • Develop your market knowledge and expertise in domestic and commercial insurance.
  • Enjoy hybrid working arrangements
About You

To be successful you will demonstrate experience in a similar administration role preferably within financial services and ideally with strong insurance knowledge. You will:

  • Have extensive administration experience, insurance industry advantageous.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, with a hands-on approach to work.
  • Be able to work autonomously with an action-oriented approach.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meet deadlines while actioning multiple segments of work.
  • Demonstrate exemplary time management skills.
  • Exhibit high emotional intelligence.
