Relationships Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Goulburn region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with trusted farmers, supporting growth and prosperity of regional communities.

The role involves developing strong relationships with customers, providing personalized solutions, and identifying new business prospects to attract new customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing deep understanding of customers' goals and delivering win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of growth targets
  • Working proactively within the community to identify new business opportunities and attract new customers to our portfolio (up to $5m)
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement local engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for customers, communities, and bank
  • Driving profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results you can feel proud of
  • Supporting success of colleagues across the region through mentoring and growing skills

Requirements include:

  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or related discipline
  • The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver's license
