Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our established Orthopaedic/ENT/Paediatric team at Knox Private Hospital. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.
About the Role:- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients with complex and multi-disciplinary needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs.
- Act as a role model for safe practice and provide education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Authority to Work in Australia.
- Working with Children check (if relevant).
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent.
- Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA with a minimum 2 years experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a surgical environment advantageous.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer-focused.

This role will be housed within a brand-new ward on the 3rd floor of the hospital with lovely views and state-of-the-art equipment. The team here work very closely together and have proven to be extremely welcoming to new starters.
