We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Diligence Manager to join our team at Iris Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage due diligence engagements, including reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
  • Analyze financial and operational results of targets to identify key value drivers and challenge assumptions about future performance.
  • Project manage teams, information flows, and key stakeholders to deliver an integrated approach to our clients.
  • Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information to identify issues that impact purchase price and deal structuring.
  • Based on your analysis, write up your findings and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Share your technical and other knowledge with your team to drive business growth and development.
  • Play a role in business plan initiatives, such as key accounts, recruitment, and client service framework, to drive business growth and development.
  • Understand the capabilities of the firm and look for opportunities to sell additional services to our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Transaction Diligence role within a Consulting environment, working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
