Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Transaction Advisory Services team, you will collaborate with clients and drive impactful solutions in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality transaction advisory services.
- Create and review detailed financial analyses to highlight key business drivers and performance metrics.
- Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions and IPO projects.
- Work with corporate and private equity clients to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Plan and strategize engagements, assess risk, and develop appropriate approaches.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements and related financial data.
- Draft due diligence reports and provide recommendations to clients.
- Mentor, coach, and train team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow our client base.
- Prior experience with transaction due diligence and a strong understanding of financial statement preparation and interpretation.
- Relevant tertiary degree with an Accounting Major and strong report-writing abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations.
