Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior managers and partners to deliver high-quality due diligence reports.
  • Create and review detailed financial analyses to highlight key business drivers and performance metrics.
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions and IPO projects.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for corporate and private equity clients.
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements and related financial data.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with transaction due diligence and a relevant tertiary degree in accounting.
  • Strong report-writing abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
