Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Our Transaction Advisory Services team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Transaction Advisory Services Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality transaction advisory services to clients.
- Creating and reviewing detailed financial analyses to highlight key business drivers and performance metrics.
- Leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions and IPO projects.
- Working with corporate and private equity clients to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Planning and strategizing engagements, assessing risk, and developing appropriate approaches.
- Analyzing and interpreting financial statements and related financial data.
- Drafting due diligence reports and presenting findings to clients.
- Mentoring, coaching, and training team members to ensure their continued growth and development.
- Participating in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow the business.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:
- Prior experience with transaction due diligence and a strong understanding of financial statement preparation and interpretation.
- A relevant tertiary degree with an Accounting Major.
- Strong report-writing abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
