Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Empire Group. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Archiving and maintaining accurate records
  • Sorting, distributing, and sending internal and external mail
  • Attending to hand deliveries and court runs within the Brisbane CBD
  • Court filing and organizing couriers
  • Assisting with staff movements, office moves, and equipment maintenance
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery, supplies, and office equipment
  • Providing relief cover for reception and general administrative support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 6-12 months of experience in a similar administrative or facilities role. You will also need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
