Clinical Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full-Time Clinical Coordinator to lead daily clinical operations and patient flow management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient clinical workflows to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Orthodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality patient services.
  • Manage treatment schedules, communicate effectively with patients, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support case presentations, treatment coordination discussions, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Maintain compliance with practice policies and procedures, ensuring seamless patient experience.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients to elevate their treatment experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Clinic / Treatment Coordinator or in a dental practice setting is essential.
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Oasis software is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
