The Role

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic healthcare team as a Clinical Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily clinical operations and patient flow, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care.
  • Support our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
  • Manage treatment schedules and patient communications to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Assist with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures.
  • Support the training and development of team members to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Build positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience and promote loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Clinic / Treatment Coordinator or within a dental practice is essential.
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable).
  • Experience with software relevant to dental practices (advantageous).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach.
