Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Chatswood. This key role will be responsible for coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flow, ensuring seamless delivery of care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily clinical operations and patient flow to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Support the clinical team to deliver high-quality care to patients.
  • Manage treatment schedules and patient communications to optimize workflow.
  • Assist with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions to inform treatment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support the development of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Clinic/Treatment Coordinator or within a Dental practice is essential.
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting is highly desirable.
  • Experience with dental software is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
