About the Role

This specialist clinic is seeking a professional, adaptable, and enthusiastic Medical Administrator to support their cardiology clinics either on the North Shore or in Sydney's Northern Beaches.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of busy practices located on Sydney Northern Beaches or on the North Shore.
  • Greet and meet patients.
  • Answer phones.
  • Ensure practices are clean and well maintained.
  • Assist with outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Work with our friendly reception team to ensure smooth day-to-day patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk Manager to streamline patient flow and reception operations.
Requirements
  • Experience in medical administration (specialist or allied health settings preferred).
  • Proactive problem-solvers with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional, polished communicators who enjoy building relationships with staff, doctors, and patients.
  • Tech-confident individuals who know their way around clinical systems and software tools.
  • Team players who are also confident working independently when needed.
