Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Coordinator to join our busy practice in Chatswood.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flow.
  • This role involves supporting the Orthodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality care.
  • The Clinical Coordinator will manage treatment schedules and patient communications, as well as assist with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures is also a key aspect of this role.
  • The Clinical Coordinator will support the training and development of team members, while building positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of previous experience as a Clinic / Treatment Coordinator or within a Dental practice is essential.
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable).
  • Experience with relevant software is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach are required.
