Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans, requiring self-assessment confirmation at CORE, PROFICIENT, ADVANCED or SPECIALIST levels.
- Utilise relevant qualifications and experience in behaviour support, encompassing psychology, social work, youth work, or teaching backgrounds.
- Maintain a strong understanding of positive behaviour support principles.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in behaviour support, preferably with NDIS registration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Negotiable salary range: $80,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
