The Role:

You'll oversee trade and day-to-day maintenance operations across our hotels, protecting our assets and managing budgets for capital expenditure projects.

 

This role ensures preventative maintenance plans are in place, maintains all regulatory requirements, and leads emergency response efforts from the property perspective.

 

About You:

Applications are invited from individuals with tertiary qualifications and proven expertise in collaboration, asset management, compliance, operations, and training.

 

This role requires extensive experience in facilities and project management, along with a strong understanding of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

 

Proficiency in systems like Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is essential for effective maintenance planning and execution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical staff and manage multiple projects
  • Coordinate vendor relationships
  • Interpret technical documentation
  • Develop maintenance strategies
  • Produce detailed reports
  • Establish operational standards
