Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and directing enabling functions in support of achieving base maintenance outcomes and internal program goals. The coordinator must lead and coordinate direct reports in performance to support base maintenance operations. They must drive, manage and coordinate operations collaboration initiatives, activities and relationships. In addition, the coordinator must support internal stakeholders in coordinating management reporting.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in an aviation planning environment, although this is not compulsory.
  • They will have the ability to evaluate complex information and develop effective solutions.
  • A certificate IV or Diploma in Aeroskills, or equivalent relevant experience, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:
