Brand Marketing and Content Manager

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing and Content Manager to shape and protect our brand identity through strategic marketing and content initiatives.

This role will lead our brand marketing strategy, manage content creation across all digital platforms, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Develop and maintain the overarching brand marketing strategy, including positioning, tone of voice, messaging, and annual marketing calendar.
  • Identify and pursue strategic brand collaboration opportunities with sponsors, influencers, and aligned partners to enhance reach and relevance.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to assess brand consistency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform brand strategy.
  • Partner with the Art Director to maintain visual identity guidelines.

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Manage and maintain a content calendar for timely and engaging content delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimize content performance (SEO, keyword research, analytics).
  • Work with the Partnerships Manager to develop content for brand activations, retail partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to produce content assets that effectively communicate product features, brand storytelling, and campaign messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual branding and content performance.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and SEO.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience interpreting performance data to inform content decisions.
