As a Brand Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and acquisition across various audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading brand and communication strategies that achieve desired campaign outcomes. This role requires someone who can think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives.

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Not-for-profit experience is an added advantage but not essential.

This is a Parental Leave contract (12 months) role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. You will work closely with the marketing and fundraising teams to support our goals of positively connecting communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective brand and communications strategies
  • Driving brand awareness and acquisition through key content, projects, and marketing campaigns
  • Managing stakeholders' expectations and ensuring campaign outcomes are achieved
