Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Quality and Clinical Education Specialist.
About the Role- The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and providing expert clinical guidance.
- This involves developing resources, delivering education programs, and conducting audits to enhance care quality.
- The successful individual will also collaborate with site teams to contribute to policy development and strategic projects.
- You should have current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Delivery and assessment modules is also required.
- Experience in residential aged care is essential, along with proven knowledge of accreditation / registration and quality frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to create, plan, coordinate, and deliver education and training activities is necessary.
- Flexible delivery options for education and training activities.
- The opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to drive quality improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to travel occasionally to provide onsite support and training.
