Aged Care Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a senior role in our organisation, responsible for ensuring quality assurance systems and frameworks meet regulatory standards and uphold excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and embed quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
- Monitor audits accreditation and compliance performance to ensure services and processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Lead effective reviews of programs, processes, and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices and our operating model principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Sound working knowledge of residential aged care.
- Substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes, and compliance.
- Maintain current knowledge of evolving changes and trends within the aged care industry.
