Residential Aged Care Specialist

This is a rewarding, full-time permanent role in our organisation. As a Residential Aged Care Specialist, you will be a critical member of our team, supporting the establishment and embedding of quality frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyse data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards and industry best practices related to aged care.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Lead reviews of programs, processes and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Sound knowledge of residential aged care principles.
  • Substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes and compliance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of evolving changes in the aged care industry.
