Intensive Care Nurse Position

The Intensive Care Unit at Northern Beaches Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Nurse to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, contributing to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and mentor junior staff.

As an Intensive Care Nurse, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide specialist care for patients with life-threatening illnesses and complications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current Registration with AHPRA or In-Principle approval.
  • Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience in a local ICU.
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing.
