Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to manage the storage and distribution of bus and truck parts for our depot. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and dispatching new and/or repairable stock items, conducting regular stock-takes, and maintaining accurate records of receipted and dispatched stock.

About the Role:

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient stock control
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of parts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
