Medical Administrator Role

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Medical Administrator to support the smooth operation of our busy private healthcare facility.

  • This position will involve assisting in general administration/reception duties, typing reports and medical correspondence, entering patient data ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, maintaining and updating patient records, processing patient billing and receipting, scheduling patient appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative tasks
  2. Maintaining accurate patient data
  3. Scheduling appointments
Requirements:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
  • Sound office administration procedures and practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and high literacy skills
  • Pleasant phone manner
About the Position:

This is a part-time role working 3 days per week, with potential for additional hours as needed. The successful candidate will be offered an immediate start, working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
