Commercial and Marketing Leader

As a Senior Commercial and Marketing Director, you will lead the execution of sales and marketing strategies across two key channels. This includes overseeing commercial and marketing initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans, manage budgets, and lead channel planning and forecasting.
- Channel Management: Collaborate with retailers to develop joint business plans, manage relationships, and oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Brand Execution: Deliver premium brand experiences through point-of-sale displays, activations, and training at key airports and retail locations.
- Insights & Reporting: Analyze performance data, track investment efficiency, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Proven expertise in commercial acumen, sales, marketing, and finance.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in premium brand execution and trade marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and growth.
- Agile approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in senior commercial and marketing roles.
