About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team at our Banksmeadow site. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our demand forecasts, analyzing data and trends, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain statistical models to generate accurate demand forecasts
  • Conduct data analysis and provide relevant insights to stakeholders
  • Provide process capability and expert coaching/support to those accountable for achieving demand plan and budget targets
  • Monitor consumption of the signed-off demand plan and collaborate with the sales team to determine the root cause of any variances
  • Contribute to the pre, in, and post-season planning process and generate SKU-level forecasts
  • Measure the accuracy of customer forecasts and provide analysis to the sales team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demand planning experience in a fast-paced environment with a large number of SKUs
  • Experience in building and maintaining internal and external relationships with stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with SAP, with experience in using APO within SAP highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data and trends
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment highly valued
