Demand Planning Business Partner

At Hasbro, we're looking for a skilled Demand Planning Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely demand forecasts to inform our commercial teams and global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and historical data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform forecasting and planning decisions.
  • Communicate forecast results and recommendations to stakeholders, including commercial teams and supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and supply chain performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
  • APICS or IBF certification desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and coach stakeholders.
  • Proficient in statistical software and data visualization tools.
