About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Real Pet Food Co. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading the forecast review cycle and generating an accurate sales forecast to enable short- and medium-term planning at all production sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain forecast at product level, driven by KPIs and a continuous improvement agenda
  • Lead forecast review cycle and meetings for selected categories
  • Participate in collaboration meetings with key customers
  • Participate in supply review meetings, identify potential gaps and coordinate actions to offset impacts
  • Provide a continuous and accurate 'supply picture' to the business, including overseas business units
  • Promote actions to minimise the effect of over- and under-stocking and driving actions to prevent stock write off
  • Prepare monthly MBR deck
  • Support QBR process by ensuring full adherence to calendar and feeding insights back into the monthly planning cycle
  • Support the budget planning cycles
What We're Looking For
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to process numerical data with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to build solid relationships across all levels of our organisation
  • Demand planning experience gained in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods supply chain
  • A collaborative approach to solving challenges and confidence to challenge the status quo
  • Quick learner with a curious mindset, and a positive hands-on attitude
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle management from NPD to discontinuations, including transitions
  • Demonstrated experience in master data management and write-off management
  • Solid understanding of ERP logic
  • Experience in FMCG environment would be highly advantageous
