We are seeking a process optimisation professional to join our digital legal service operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate information from workshops and interviews, and document 'as is' and 'to be' process maps.
  • Review processes and recommend improvements to legal operations, identifying opportunities for technology solutions to optimise efficiency.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis, write business cases, and support project scoping, estimating, prioritisation, and negotiation of system functionalities.
  • Create business requirements documents and work with technology experts to translate into functional specifications.
  • Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction and interpretation from various databases.
  • Conduct workshops and technology demonstrations to seek sign-off on business requirements and new processes.
  • Transfer knowledge and learnings to the legal team and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in test planning and execution, business change planning and implementation, and project team problem-solving and issue management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a process optimisation professional, with ability to map and analyse processes, identify improvements, and influence stakeholders.
  • Expertise in professional services, particularly within the legal sector, is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to summarise information succinctly and draw out key conclusions.
  • A proactive, results-oriented client service focus, with ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
Skills/Knowledge
  • Experience with Excel and process mapping tools such as Visio.
  • An understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle and ability to work with technology solutions professionals.
  • Qualifications or knowledge of best practices in lean six sigma, project management, or change management would be well regarded.
