Job Role:
Global People Integration SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global People Integration Specialist. This is a critical role that requires expertise in employment law, compensation, and benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and collaborating on various projects related to people integration, including mergers and acquisitions, cultural alignment, and process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable processes and solutions for people integration
- Advise on employment-related matters, including legislations updates, remuneration, and documentation creation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance current processes and solve challenges related to people integration
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions / integrations from a people perspective
- Strong employment-related experience, including technical employment and union agreements
- Ability to lead and provide support on a variety of projects
- High attention to detail and critical thinking, to maintain high quality standards in employment-related tasks
