Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the integration of payroll processes for a global organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the integration of medium-sized payruns into our main payroll process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Integrate medium payruns into our payroll process to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze payruns to plan and execute successful integration projects.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Perform parallel payroll testing to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders, including payroll managers, HR professionals, and project managers, to execute integration projects successfully.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll and project management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to set up and manage projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with administration of payroll systems.
