We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Publican in maintaining a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests.


A Day in the Life

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train staff members to meet high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Current RSA holder and strong understanding of state liquor laws and regulations.
