As a HSE Advisor, your role is to coach and mentor personnel, provide technical advice and promote safety improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and maintenance of HSE strategies and improvement plans
  • Support rollout of HSE policies, ensuring compliance with all procedures
  • Coach and mentor leaders and teams to achieve HSE objectives
  • Lead reporting and investigations of hazards, incidents and injuries/illnesses
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and collaborate with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits
  • Drive continuous improvement in HSE culture

Key requirements include solid experience in an HSE advisor or operational role, demonstrable knowledge and experience in HSE and relevant legislation.
