Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will play a critical role in implementing our stakeholder engagement strategy and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of our stakeholder engagement strategy, including the development and execution of stakeholder engagement plans and programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal communications plans and content, ensuring alignment with our stakeholder engagement strategy.
- Undertake stakeholder engagement activities, including stakeholder mapping, promotion, and maintenance of the stakeholder register.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to build trust and demonstrate expertise in stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare stakeholder briefing materials and deliver stakeholder communications as required.
- Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering stakeholder engagement plans and developing internal communications content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to create content, be agile, and meet agreed deadlines.
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- IAP2 Australasia Certificate in Engagement is desirable.
