Marketing Advisor Opportunity

RAC WA is seeking a skilled Marketing Advisor to join our Member Benefits team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

As a Marketing Advisor, you will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing marketing communication strategies to achieve marketing and business objectives. You will work closely with our partner and supplier network, internal marketing and digital teams, and external media and creative agencies to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account management of successful partnerships, including contract execution, reporting, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing initiatives with a focus on digital channels to increase awareness and engagement of RAC's member benefits program.
  • Contribute to creative and media planning and executions, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and advertising and media agency representatives.
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of planned activity across owned and paid channels, providing recommendations for improvement and preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate direct and owned channel content, ensuring compliance, brand, and partner approvals.
  • Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in business development, communications, or marketing, with a strong understanding of stakeholder management and relationship-building.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to promote and activate partnerships, driving value for both members and partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including Sitecore, SEM, SEO, and related analytics platforms.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to foresee future possibilities and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
