Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to lead the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service at a prestigious educational institution.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service and the leadership of a team of Educators. You'll be supported by a dedicated management team including Senior and Area Coordinators, your Regional Manager, and the OSHC Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality programs for children
  • Manage daily service operations with precision
  • Coordinate staffing and rosters effectively
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Oversee administration and reporting requirements
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the school community
About You
  • Completed (or working towards) a Diploma of Children's Services or relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching
  • Experience in program planning and a passion for quality childcare
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
