Education Program Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of our education program. This individual will be responsible for promoting children's well-being, development, and learning by helping them develop values, attitudes, and ways of living and learning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the educational program and assessment with the support of Assistant Coordinator/Coordinator.
  • Ensure children's learning and development informs the design of the educational program, and Educators facilitate and extend each child's learning and development;
  • Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support educators understanding of the educational program and practice including how to reflect on the effectiveness of their programs, interactions, intentional teaching, and other strategies;
  • Ensure compliance with policy.
  • Undertake administrative requirements.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent and demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education. You should also possess a comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
