Job Opportunity: Competitive Swimming Coach

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic coach to lead our competitive swimming program.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for competitive swimming, enjoys working with athletes of all ages and abilities, and can develop engaging training plans that drive results.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of the principles of competitive swimming.

About the Role

The Head Competitive Swimming Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that cater to the needs of swimmers at various levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

They will also lead a team of coaches and instructors to ensure seamless delivery of the program, promote participation in competitions, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Certification as a competitive swimming coach
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • Valid working with children check and national police check
