Education Program Lead

This position involves leading the development and implementation of an education program for children.
- The successful candidate will design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that promote children's well-being, development, and learning.
- They will work closely with Assistant Coordinators/Coordinators to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences.
- Liaising with parents, staff, and stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.
- The educator will mentor and support other educators in their understanding of the educational program and practice.
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, along with demonstrated experience in early childhood education.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A working knowledge of leadership theory and various leadership styles is necessary.
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyze and challenge conventional practices, are highly valued.
