Customer Service Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to join our team at our King William St branch in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding individual customer needs and offering personalised financial solutions
- Drive sales by referring customers to our home loan and business banking specialists and identify new leads across wealth, insurance, home loans, and small business lending.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers both in-branch and over the phone to support their current needs and uncover their future financial goals

Requirements:

- Customer-Facing Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in a sales role where engaging with customers is key to success
- Customer-Centric: Genuine commitment to meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional service
- Proven Performance: Ability to meet and exceed performance targets with an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Numerical and Technical Skills: Comfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems
- Sales Focus: Strong drive to achieve targets and anticipate opportunities
