
Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our Direct Sales Operations team. This role plays a crucial part in driving the growth of our personal and auto loan products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion. They will work closely with existing customers to help them get a faster and fairer loan in a multi-channel environment and provide a personalized journey in securing a new loan.
This includes managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and supporting customers every step of their loan journey. Meeting and exceeding sales targets while contributing to a positive team culture is also a key responsibility.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, and possess exceptional time management and organization skills. Familiarity with CRM systems is also essential.
